PSC Industrial Outsourcing, LP (PSC), a firm providing industrial cleaning and environmentally sensitive services to America's energy infrastructure, has announced the acquisition of Seaport Environmental, located in Redwood City, California.
Seaport is a fully permitted Class I non-hazardous wastewater treatment and disposal facility.
In making the acquisition, PSC notes that both companies share many of the same customers, and PSC looks forward to enhancing and expanding its business relationships with its customer base.
“PSC is committed to continuing the high-quality service that Seaport is known for in the industry, focusing on developing a friendlier waste acceptance procedure, as well as increasing recycling options for our customers. With this acquisition, PSC is now the leading provider of facility based and mobile non-hazardous water recycling in Northern and Central California,” says Brad Clark, CEO of PSC.
