PTR Baler & Compactor Co., a Philadelphia-based manufacturer of vertical balers and compactors and a subsidiary of Komar Industries, has hired Gina Simone as inside sales account manager.
Simone will be responsible for client sales management, focusing on providing a more enhanced client services experience.
“I am very excited to join the PTR team and Komar family of companies. Having been through a few acquisitions, Komar puts significant horsepower behind PTR and will catapult the company to new heights,” Simone says. “My entire career has been spent providing quality customer service and to a wide array of clients. I have always taken a proactive approach to customer service and enjoy partnering with clients to ensure complete and total satisfaction. My number one priority is maintaining customer excellence not meeting but exceeding their expectations.”
Simone joins the PTR team after having spent more than 25 years with EPAM Systems, a Newtown, Pennsylvania-based credit management services company, where she worked her way up from accounts receivable manager to senior sales analyst.
“Gina’s expertise and passion to succeed fits nicely within our core values,” says Gregory Leon, Komar’s chief sales officer. “Not only will Gina bring a refined focus on customer relationships, she takes a proactive approach in providing solutions-based processes. Gina’s innate ability to document process that directly resolves core issues, will assist our entire sales effort and allow additional growth to within our national accounts space.”
