PTR announces new northeast regional sales manager for Hauler Division

PTR Baler & Compactor Co., based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has announced the addition of Jessica Pettit to the Komar Industries platform as the northeast regional sales manager for its Hauler Division.

Pettit will oversee Maine to Virginia and will be responsible for cross-platform selling into the waste hauler community. 

Mike Avis, vice president of hauler channel sales at PTR, says, “Jessica brings a wealth of experience, strong client relationships and a fresh perspective that we are sure will greatly benefit our team. Jessica’s attention to detail as a subject matter expert and can-do attitude is what has separated her from others within our industry.”

Gregory Leon, chief sales officer at Komar Industries, adds, “Jess complements and reinforces our focus and dedication to the hauler, transfer Station and MRF [material recycling facility] marketplaces. Our goal is to dedicate more resources to these markets nationwide; Mike and Jess are the first steps in growing out an entire sales and support team. 

“Through the addition of Jessica and as we continue to grow out the team, we will focus on equipment, service and parts for all aspects of a hauler's business.”

Pettit has more than 10 years of experience selling and managing accounts in the waste hauler market.
