SCS Engineers, Long Beach, California, has hiring Wendell L. Minshew, a licensed professional engineer specializing in civil engineering. Minshew will work at the company’s Sacramento, California, office.

With more than 30 years of engineering experience, Minshew specializes in leading the design, planning, permitting and construction management of solid and hazardous waste facilities. The company says he obtained his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from California State University, Fresno, and is a licensed professional engineer in California, Nevada, Oregon and Arizona.
