Shawnee, Oklahoma-based Superior USA Waste announced it can now accept municipal solid waste (MSW) at its Tulsa transfer station.
The Harley Hollan Waste Processing Facility, located at 5677 S. 107th East Ave., previously only accepted construction and demolition- (C&D-) related waste, but now is fully permitted to accept MSW as well, according to a news release from Superior.

“Adding a disposal option for Tulsa-area municipal waste haulers is a key part of our vision to build a leading solid waste company in Oklahoma,” Superior CEO Billy Dietrich says. “This permit modification will allow local municipal waste haulers to save time and fuel every day compared to driving to the local landfills, and it will make our overall operations much more efficient.”
Superior USA Waste is an environmental services holding company that brands itself as the “partner of choice” for waste industry entrepreneurs seeking liquidity, growth capital or ownership transition.
Superior acquired Harley Hollan Cos., a solid waste management company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2022. The company offers commercial collection services, industrial and construction roll-off services, recycling and a transfer station.
