Sustainable Green Team Ltd., a Florida-based provider of sustainable and eco-friendly products, has signed a letter of intent with Canada-based Revive Terra Corporation to pursue a merger of corporate operations.
Through partnerships with local communities and stakeholders, Revive Terra Corporation provides soil restoration and carbon sequestration products and methodologies while creating sustainable agricultural and land management operations for its clients.
In combining and scaling operations, Sustainable Green Team and Revive have plans to accelerate the development and deployment of sustainable solutions, creating positive environmental outcomes across diverse sectors, from agriculture to renewable energy.

Once the companies enter a definitive agreement, as part of the merger, they would combine human resources, technologies, products and future innovations.
