TAS Environmental Services completes two deals

TAS Environmental Services, a Fort Worth, Texas-based environmental services provider, has completed what it calls two “add-on acquisitions.” The Texas-based environmental services companies acquired are Donovan Industrial Service LLC and ROTAP, LLC. TAS now has completed four such acquisitions in the past 16 months.

Orange, Texas-based Donovan Industrial provides environmental services for hazardous and non-hazardous materials including industrial cleaning, spill response, transportation, remediation and related services. ROTAP, also based in Orange, provides transportation and rentals of roll-off boxes, tanks, pumps and related items.

TAS operates 13 locations in the Southwest, providing environmental services including industrial services, emergency and spill response, wastewater disposal, transportation, box rental and terminal services.
