T&M Associates, a Middletown, New Jersey-based national consulting, environmental, engineering and construction management company, has added Victor Acosta as computer-aided design (CAD) manager.
Acosta brings nearly 20 years of experience in implementing design standards and quality procedures as well as leveraging burgeoning technologies to create efficiencies that improve workflow, project delivery and work products, the company says. He will work out of T&M’s headquarters and report to Chief Operating Officer Michael Roeder.
Acosta’s experience in process development and standards management will allow the T&M team to deliver efficient, cost-effective and replicable products and services to its clients by using a shared system of catalogued standards and knowledge, the company says. These companywide standards and processes will enable collaboration and sharing of resources among T&M’s offices on behalf of its clients.
“One of our biggest imperatives is to stay ahead of the technology curve to meet our clients’ needs,” says Roeder. “Victor will not only introduce new and promising technologies to T&M and our clients, but he will take our current technology systems and assets to the next level and ensure that our teams can use and share them to their fullest potential.”
Acosta is a Brick, New Jersey, resident and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design from Westwood College. He is an Autodesk Certified Professional for software packages including AutoCAD, Revit MEP Electrical, AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD P&ID and 3DS Max. He also is a recipient of the Halcrow Award of Excellence.
T&M Associates is a full-service consulting, environmental, engineering and construction management company established in 1966. The company employs a team of 400 business and technical professionals and operates from 19 office locations throughout Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
