Environmental specialist Raymond Minarovic has joined Middletown, New Jersey-based T&M Associates’ Pennsylvania practice to help lead the company's expansion in that state. Minarovic also will work with clients to ensure the satisfaction of federal and state requirements and regulations.

He brings 18 years of experience in environmental due diligence and remediation, brownfield redevelopment, regulatory compliance and hazardous and solid waste management, says T&M.
Minarovic will work out of T&M’s Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, office and report to VicePresident and Operations Manager Russ Benner.
Leveraging his years of experience with Pennsylvania’s environmental programs and regulations, T&M Associates says Minarovic will lead the expansion of the company’s environmental practice in the state while working with clients to ensure the satisfaction of federal and state requirements and regulations. His expertise in the identification and redevelopment of brownfield sites will especially benefit clients looking to assess, safely clean-up and sustainably reuse formerly contaminated properties.

Minarovic is an Allentown, Pennsylvania, resident and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in environmental science from Susquehanna University and a Master of Science degree in hydrogeology from the University of Toledo. He is a professional geologist (PG) and a licensed site remediation professional (LSRP) with experience managing petroleum remediation projects, hydrogeologic and geochemical investigations, environmental monitoring programs and risk assessments.
