The Tennessee Recycling Coalition has announced the second annual Women’s Environmental Leadership Summit Oct. 1-2, 2025, at the Hilton Cool Springs Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee.
The coalition says the event is open to all women in the recycling, sustainability, health and environmental protection sector.
“This environmental leadership summit is for all women who are involved in the recycling sector, whether at the state, regional, community or local level,” Tennessee Recycling Coalition Executive Director Amber Greene says. “It’s exciting to see the continued growth of female leadership in our industry.”
According to the Tennessee Recycling Coalition, the mission of the summit is to discuss critical issues surrounding recycling in Tennessee, learn from guest speakers and subject matter experts and collaborate to form solutions within the environmental services industry.
All registrants will have the opportunity to tour the city of Franklin’s Recycling and Solid Waste Facility Oct 1.
“This is a time to support, inspire and connect with like-minded professionals,” Greene says. “We are much more effective when we work together to make a difference.”
