Global Recruiters Network (GRN) of McKinney, based in McKinney, Texas, has announced the placement of Chief Human Resources Officer Corinna Carbone-Stephens at VLS Environmental Solutions, Houston.
She will partner with VLS Environmental CEO John Magee and the executive team to create strategic and tactical human resources initiatives. Her expertise in process optimization, talent management, employee development and diversity and inclusion will enhance the company’s success in achieving its sustainability goals, according to a news release from GRN.
Carbone-Stephens previously served as vice president of human resources for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, where she was recruited to lead more than 14,000 people and provide subject matter expertise for change and talent management, organization effectiveness, culture and learning and development.
VLS Environmental Services is an industry-leading environmental services platform founded in the early 2000s which specializes in customizing waste processing solutions for non-hazardous industrial and commercial waste nationwide.
