Charles Carter has been appointed vice president, construction equipment sales of Greensboro, North Carolina-based Volvo Financial Services (VFS) USA effective January 1, 2018.
In his new role, Charles will be responsible for the VFS construction equipment sales channel in the U.S., and will work with Volvo Construction Equipment colleagues and the brand’s distribution network to provide finance solutions to VCE customers.
Charles joined VFS USA in 2000 and has served since 2013 as vice president, credit and origination.
Charles has a Master of Business Administration degree from the executive program at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in operations management, from The University of North Carolina in Charlotte.
