Waste Harmonics, a Rochester, New York-based waste management services provider, has announced that Joe Hickman will join the team as a relationship manager.
In his new role, Hickman will manage relationship building and retention, as well as explore and enhance efficiencies within Waste Harmonics. His focus will be nurturing existing company relationships and growing the service footprint with customers to ensure continued satisfaction.
Hickman was previously employed at Modern Disposal Services, Model City, New York, for more than 41 years, where he built his experience in collection operations, sales and sales management, solid waste and recycling disposal and processing.

Hickman is from Tonawanda, New York, and currently resides in Pendleton, New York.
