Waste Pro has closed on 24 strategic acquisitions so far in 2025 and projects a record year for new and renewed municipal contracts heading into the fourth quarter.

The firm says through the first nine months revenue for contracts awarded or started in 2025 has exceeded $931 million with the potential to reach more than $1.7 billion with extensions and renewals.

The Longwood, Florida, based waste collection service company says its franchise agreements represent 30 new and 23 renewed exclusive municipal contracts serving more than 444,000 residential customers in addition to a landfill operation and a maintenance contract.

Waste Pro also has closed on 24 acquisitions since the beginning of 2025, expanding its customer base in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and Tennessee to solidify its targeted southeastern footprint. The company says these deals add to its operationally diverse portfolio in residential and commercial hauling, industrial waste and cleaning services, portable toilets and recycling.

The firm invested $170 million in purchase considerations. Waste Pro says the deals are expected to net about $91 million in annual revenue. Of the companies acquired, 12 are based in either Louisiana or Florida. The firm added eight post-collection facilities in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee combined.

Among the companies Waste Pro acquired are Acadiana Landfill, ACE Waste Systems, ACE Enterprises, American Waste Disposal, Express Waste, Gasline Road Landfill, Gulf Coast Baler and Compactor, JWC Environmental, Lauderdale County Landfill, Highway 11 Landfill, K&S Sanitation, Lott Road Landfill, Mitchell’s Disposal, Orlando Waste Paper and Container Rental Company, Parish Disposal, R&F Waste, RC Stokes, Recycling Partners, Republic Services operations (Mobile, Alabama), Residential Garbage Services (RGS), Tillers Garbage Service and Whites Creek Transfer Station.

“I am proud to carry my family’s legacy in the industry into its third generation, and I am committed to carrying out and expanding my father’s vision of a people-centered company focused on serving our communities and our employees,” Waste Pro President and CEO Sean Jennings says. “Our continued growth is a testament to that strong foundation.”
