WCA Waste Corporation, Houston, announces the acquisition of Outreach Disposal in West Columbia, Texas, and D&D Sanitation in Cadiz, Kentucky. The acquisition was completed March 1.
D&D Sanitation provides residential and commercial services to approximately 2,600 customers in the Cadiz and Princeton, Kentucky market. Outreach Disposal provides service to residents of West Columbia, Texas.
These acquisitions mark WCA's strategic efforts to continue to expand its footprint in markets where it has an established infrastructure.
