Denali Water Solutions LLC, Russellville, Arkansas, announced that through its wholly owned subsidiary, WeCare Denali LLC, it has acquired Madden Brothers Inc. Madden Brothers runs compost, mulch and soil operations in Brunswick, Ohio. The company’s Ohio-based facilities produce landscaping products including compost, mulch, topsoil and custom blends from recycled organic materials such as leaves, wood, brush and food waste.
Similarly, WeCare Denali LLC produces compost, mulch and soil products from recycled waste for the landscaping, construction and agricultural industries.
