WIH Resource Group (WRG), a consulting and legal expert witness services firm serving the solid waste, recycling and transportation industries, has announced the addition of Lindsay Waldram, CPA, as senior associate — financial and rate analysis.
Waldram strengthens WRG’s financial, regulatory and rate-analysis capabilities nationwide, bringing more than a decade of accounting, auditing, pricing and solid waste industry financial leadership experience across the western United States, according to the company.
As a licensed certified public accountant, she specializes in financial modeling, cost-of-service studies, regulatory rate evaluation and detailed cost report review for municipal and private-sector clients. Her work focuses on translating complex operational and financial data into defensible analytical conclusions that are used for municipal rate setting and franchise evaluations; regulatory rate filings and reasonableness analysis; cost-of-service and pricing strategy development; transfer station, material recovery facility and disposal financial costing; regional wasteshed and system performance analysis; and litigation and expert-support financial analysis.
Earlier in her career, Waldram held senior financial leadership roles with Waste Connections Inc., including western region district controller and senior pricing analyst.
She began her professional career in public accounting as a senior auditor with Aldrich CPAs + Advisors, performing financial statement audits, internal control evaluations and risk-based assurance services in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and professional accounting standards. WRG says this foundation reinforces its commitment to rigorous, methodologically sound financial analysis.
“Lindsay brings a rare combination of public accounting rigor, municipal advisory experience and large publicly traded solid waste operational finance leadership,” says Bob Wallace, president of WIH Resource Group. “Her ability to evaluate financial submissions, test cost reasonableness and align operational realities with regulatory frameworks significantly enhances WRG’s advisory and expert witness capabilities.”
In addition to client consulting for WRG, Waldram founded and is the principal of SW Financial Consulting, where she provides specialized financial advisory services to municipalities and integrated solid waste companies. Her work includes interim controller assignments, franchised hauler rate submission reviews, regional system analyses and cost-of-service evaluations requiring detailed scrutiny of operational cost structures and financial reporting integrity.
At WRG, Waldram supports municipal advisory projects, franchise and rate negotiations, regulatory compliance reviews and client consulting engagements nationwide.
WRG, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, says it continues to expand its bench of senior-level specialists to meet increasing demand for defensible rate analysis, financial transparency review and litigation-ready financial evaluation within the waste and recycling sector.
