In his role as senior vice president of finance, Galle will oversee capital allocation processes, project financing and acquisitions at Nopetro Energy. Prior to joining Nopetro, Galle served as chief investment officer and head of investor relations at Bioenergy Devco, a manufacturer and operator of food waste anaerobic digestion (AD) facilities. He helped raise about $250 million in private capital and spearheaded the capitalization of AD facilities aimed at recycling organic material and producing biogas.
Galle holds an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from Texas Tech University.
"Nopetro’s unique strategy delivering creative and vertically integrated energy solutions across the RNG value chain is very exciting," Galle says. “I’m eager to support the company’s future growth and continue to build the platform and portfolio of assets.”
As senior vice president of renewable natural gas development, Payne will be responsible for developing and executing the national growth plan for clean, renewable energy initiatives, with a focus on the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region. Payne comes to Nopetro Energy with two decades of experience in renewable energy and business development, having held various leadership positions at TECO Peoples Gas and Duke Energy.
As director of alternative fuels – business development at TECO Peoples Gas, Payne led the expansion of natural gas development across Florida, developing renewable natural gas projects and negotiating contracts. Payne holds an MBA in general management from the University of Florida and a bachelor's degree in financial management from the University of North Carolina.
"Nopetro has a strong track record in the renewable energy space. As I join the team, I’m looking forward to making new—and deepening—relationships with key partners in growing regions across the public and private sectors,” Payne says.
