Ally Waste Services LLC, a Mesa, Arizona-based valet trash company serving multifamily developments, has acquired Waste Consolidators Inc. of Tempe, Arizona, marking a significant milestone in its mission to revolutionize multifamily housing waste support services.
“Ally Waste and Waste Consolidators have very compatible cultures with a hyper-focus on the client experience,” Ally Waste CEO James Crawley says. “We are excited to partner with Waste Consolidators to be able to offer an integrated set of waste support services to our clients.”

With this acquisition, Ally Waste will strengthen its service offering to provide load balancing, bulk removal and trash-out services to its national client base. These additional services will assist Ally Waste in its mission of reducing waste-related costs and challenges for property management teams.

Ally Waste is a valet trash and recycling provider committed to providing waste support solutions to the multifamily housing industry. Ally Waste has more than 10 years of experience and provides services in 32 states.
The valet service includes nightly visits by the company’s valets, who move materials from outside each unit to the dumpster serving the property.
Waste Consolidators is an expert in reducing waste hauling costs for multifamily housing clients. Its approach aims to optimize waste hauling pickup frequency, reduce overage fees and enhance waste disposal efficiency for its clients. The firm specializes in cleaning up disposal areas at properties and also offers one-time cleanup in the case of disasters.
